Websites and AI systems that work for your business.
We help your team find where AI and automation actually help, then design and build it with you, along with the website and software around it.
What we build
- Websites. A site that explains what you do and turns visits into inquiries. New sites and redesigns, speed, accessibility, search basics.
- Booking, quotes & portals. People can book, ask for a quote or check on a job without calling you. Online booking, quote requests, deposits, customer logins.
- CRM & follow-up. Every inquiry lands in one place, and nobody forgets to reply. CRM setup and clean-up, shared inbox, follow-up reminders.
- Workflow automation. The copying, chasing and retyping, done for you. Connecting your tools, reminders, invoices, handoffs between teams.
- AI assistants. Answers and first drafts from your own information, checked by a person. A support assistant, drafted replies you approve, an assistant your staff can ask.
- Reports & insights. The numbers you need in one place, without rebuilding the spreadsheet every week. Dashboards, weekly summaries, what customers keep saying.
- Marketing content. Posts, emails and case studies in your voice, drafted quickly and approved by you. Content workflows, templates, a calendar you can keep up with.
- Team onboarding & training. Guides and training, so new people get up to speed and everyone knows how the tools work. Onboarding checklists, how-to guides, a knowledge base your team can search, training on what we build.
- Prototypes & custom tools. Try an idea quickly before you commit to building all of it. Clickable prototypes, internal tools, testing and quality checks.
How we work
- Look. A free 45-minute call about the work that keeps getting stuck. For bigger teams, a short paid AI plan that maps each team’s work and what’s worth doing first.
- Plan. We pick the first fix together and agree what success looks like, with a number to check it against.
- Build. We connect your tools and set it up on your own information, then test it on real examples, awkward ones included.
- Train. Your team learns how it works before it goes live, with written guides to keep.
- Launch & improve. It goes live, we check it against that number, and we decide together what comes next.
What we believe
- We start with the problem, not the tool. We learn how the work runs today, then decide what to change. Sometimes the answer isn’t AI, and we’ll say so. In interviews with 65 experienced AI engineers and data scientists, the most common reason AI projects failed was misunderstanding what problem they were meant to solve. (RAND, August 2024)
- A person approves anything that reaches your customers. AI can draft, sort and check. Your team decides what goes out. 78% of US small-business owners don’t fully trust AI to handle simple tasks without someone checking. (Bluevine, 942 owners, April 2026)
- AI should help your people, not replace them. We build around the team and the tools you already have, so the people who know the work stay in charge of it. 94% of US small-business owners expect to keep or grow their customer service teams over the next two years. (Talkdesk, 400 owners, August 2025)
- We plan it and we build it. The advice and the work come from the same people, and we hand it over so your team can run it.
The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work.
We learn how your business runs day to day, build what fits, and test it with your team. When we’re done, you own it and know how to change it, and we’re still here when you need us.

Questions
- Everyone says we're falling behind on AI. Should we be worried?
- You don't need to rush. The useful question is where it would help your team, and a call is a good place to try that on one real task.
- There are so many AI tools. How do we work out what's worth doing?
- We take one task that costs you time or customers and compare the plain options with the AI ones. Then we recommend the smallest change that would fix it, which is sometimes a setting in software you already pay for.
- Should we put a chatbot on our website?
- We'd first check whether clearer pages and an easy way to reach a person would do the job. If the number of questions justifies an assistant, we build it to answer from your own approved information and hand anything uncertain to a person.
- Our site is slow and people can't find our phone number. Is that something AI fixes?
- That one's a website fix. A tappable phone number and a shorter inquiry form help straight away, and slow pages often come down to a few heavy images or scripts that can be trimmed.
- What is AI good at in a business like ours, and what should stay with people?
- It helps most with sorting what comes in and drafting replies or summaries from your own information for a person to check. Anything that needs a judgment call, or a number that must be exactly right, stays with people or plain rules.
- Can you connect our website form to our CRM or job software?
- Probably, but it depends on your setup and we won't guess. Send us the names of both tools and we'll tell you what's possible, or we can look at it together on a call.
- Our software already has AI features. Can't we just switch them on?
- Sometimes that's the right move, and setting it up well is part of what we do. The work is in checking it uses the right information and deciding who reviews what it produces.
- We've paid for tools nobody ended up using. Why would this be different?
- Tools often go unused when they don't fit how the team works. We test with the people who'll use it before anything goes live, and we change it when they tell us it's awkward.
- Our site looks fine, but inquiries seem to go nowhere. Can you find out why?
- Yes. We follow one inquiry from the form to the person who should answer it and find where it waits or gets lost. The fix is often a routing rule and a named owner.
- Are you an AI company or a web agency?
- We're a small design and technology team that builds websites and the tools behind them. We also help you find where AI and automation are worth using, and then build that with you.
